- The "stamped" cover of the tank is on hinges with "torsion spring" in stainless steel, allowing a gradual closing and opening, provided with an ergonomic front handle.
- Tilting tank made of stainless steel AISI 304 thickness (13 mm) with high thermal conductivity, corners with rounded interior angles for easy and hygienic maintenance.
- Electric heating, by armored resistors in stainless steel, positioned under the tank (uniform cooking on the whole surface of the tank)
- Temperature regulation from 75°C to 300°C, by thermostat, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
- Safety device for interruption of operation during the ascent of the series tank
- A water tap to fill the tank is attached to the upper top, the opening is done by a valve positioned on the front of the device.
