The LD18/35-N twin deck pizza oven from Diamond is one of the largest non-conveyor style pizza oven available, with a capacity of 18 x 350 mm pizzas (9 per chamber). The bottom heating elements are housed within the refractory stones which means quick temperature rise and a very homogeneous baking (and a 25% energy saving).
